Code of Conduct

Welcome to IdleMMO! We're dedicated to ensuring a great experience for all our players. To help maintain a fun and safe environment, we've established a Code of Conduct.

While we outline key guidelines below, please note that this list is not exhaustive. Any actions that clearly violate the spirit of these rules may also result in punishment. Your commitment to these principles is essential in preserving a respectful and enjoyable gaming community.

This Code of Conduct applies to the game and all external communication channels (such as Discord).

General Behavior

  1. Respect for All Players
    • Treat all players with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory remarks.
  2. Appropriate Language
    • Use appropriate language. Avoid profanity, obscenities, or other offensive language.
  3. No Cheating/Automation
    • Do not use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), macros, or hacks. This includes web scraping and accessing any of our API's.
  4. No Restriction Circumventions
    • Do not try to bypass any game-imposed limitations or restrictions on your account.
  5. No Real Money Trading/Real World Trading (RMT/RWT)
    • Trading in-game items or services for real-world money is prohibited.
  6. No Simultaneous Play On Other Devices
    • Do not play on multiple devices at the same time. For instance, it is forbidden for you to play the game on both the Web App and Mobile App at the same time.

In-Game Conduct

  1. No Griefing
    • Do not deliberately ruin the gameplay experience of others.
  2. No Spamming
    • Avoid repeatedly sending the same message or excessive marketing of clans or items.
  3. Account Security
    • Keep your account details private. You are responsible for all activities on your account.

Interactions

  1. Respectful Communication
    • Be respectful in all forms of player communication.
  2. No Impersonation
    • Impersonating other players, staff members, or any other person is not allowed.
  3. Constructive Feedback
    • While providing feedback, be constructive. Abusive or non-constructive criticism is not acceptable.
  4. Official Moderator Requests
    • If a moderator contacts you with a request or instruction, please comply promptly. Our moderators are here to help keep the game enjoyable and safe for everyone. When they reach out in an official capacity, their guidance is for the good of the community.

Accounts

  1. No More Than 1 Account
    • Do not create more than one account. Multiple accounts will lead to a suspension.
  2. Ban Avoidance
    • Do not create multiple accounts to evade punishment or avoid restriction. Do not use an existing account for the same purpose.
  3. No Account Transfers
    • You cannot give away your account to another person.

Consequences

Violations of this Code of Conduct can result in warnings, temporary bans, restrictions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity.

Amendments

By playing IdleMMO, you agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with these rules can result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to, suspension or termination of your game account.
